CHALLENGE YOURSELF

Growing up, I was always the skinny kid — I weighed just 115 lbs my senior year of high school. But I was determined to earn a baseball scholarship, and that drive pushed me to transform my body. I gained 30 pounds of muscle to make the team my freshman year, where we were ranked 19th in the country and trained three times a day. The program was intense, but I fell in love with the process. Watching my body change month after month showed me what hard work and consistency could achieve.

 

That experience sparked my passion for fitness and helping others. My purpose is to guide individuals who want to burn fat, build lean muscle, and reach their full potential.

 

My mission is simple: to prove that with discipline, consistency, and the right plan, you can accomplish any goal you set your mind to.
